I can't stop WiFi black box when connecting. Have had support reinstall and it will work once, then the next time you try to log on the connecting screen goes black and that's all. Just sits there as a black box, not connected. Is there a solution or is the solution uninstalling the product? It does the same thing on all of my computers, both laptop and desk models.
