Thanks for coming back Bombastus. I just clicked the big yellow butt to start the download and nothing else. Is it safe to try and download again?

Hi,
Before you try again I have to ask if there is/are any other security products installed? Windows Defender, Micorsoft Security Essentials, etc.? If any are installed they must be disabled/uninstalled before 360 can be downloaded and installed. Security products are very picky about the company they keep and they absolutely do not like other realtime scanners sharing space with them on the same system.
After that cleanup and reboot you should be able to install 360. If it fails again it means that some of the program is present. In that case try this;
