I changed email address but alerts still come to the old address

I am phasing out my old email address, and a couple months ago, I changed the email address in the Norton Family to the new address.  When I log into Norton Family, I see my new email address.  However, I am still getting notifications at the old email address.  When that old email account is shut off, I will no longer receive alerts.  What do I have to do to get Norton Family to send the alerts to the new address?
