Help !!
I have the same problem as RL. Got rid of easily on three laptops , but can't shake the bugger out of my desktop.
I have no experience with N360, but I know a little bit about Windows. To remove the folder. take ownership of it, update the folder security as an administrator and you can delete it in explorer. It is going to take a long time, because the folder structure of N360_BACKUP is complex the last time I did it. Note that N360, if it is still running for any reason, will probably fail to load, run or even uninstall if you have not already done so. The worst case is that you have to reinstall Windows.
Good luck.

Please give us more details about your setup since you should not have two AV programs at the same time, regardless of source!
Is the Norton 360 what you had installed before installing Norton Security?
Are you trying to get rid of the backup files created by Norton 360? Or is it remains of Norton 360 itself that you want to get rid of?
What version of Windows are you using?
