I deleted an old phone from my devices, but my norton accounts still shows it on my account, why?

About two weeks ago I went to my devices covered and deleted my old phone.  Then tried to add my coverage on new phone, but it continues to tell me I don't have room available.   I tried to VIEW HISTORY, but was unable to find it.  Can anyone help.

You need to delete the license not the device.
