I didn not pay to have ID Safe disabled for months

My subscription to NIS was partially based on having Norton ID Safe auto-fill available for Firefox.

The 1st solution was to not upgrade Firefox, but Norton, in its infinite wisdom, decided to issue a update that disabled ID Safe even in older versions.

This problem has taken months, is now almost 2 weeks past the estimated "fixed by" date and is not yet repaired.

I have family & clients who have relied on this feature, which is part of the contract for the subscription, and have been severely inconvenienced by this inexcusable lapse in reliability.

I can only assume that repeat customers are no longer part of the Norton business plan.

How do I go about getting a refund for my ( and others') subscription(s)?
