Hello, I completely uninstalled my Norton 360, rebooted. Reinstalled Norton 360, ran the EAP targeter, ran LiveUpdate, rebooted. I still don't see the Norton Crypto option. I have an nVidia RTX 3070 with 8GB ram and a AMD Ryzen 5950X CPU with 32GB of ram. Running Windows 10 Pro 21H1. Can anyone in support tell me what I'm doing wrong here?

Ok I'm not sure what happened, I rebooted again even though it had not downloaded any new updates nor had I made ANY configuration changes, but now it appears. Thanks for the help!
Check if you did all:
1) Windows 10 must be with EN/US settings (Locale and Language - English (United States))
2) Norton 360 need a clean install with EN/US settings
3) Run again the EAP_Targetter_All_English.exe file... (http://liveupdate.symantecliveupdate.com/upgrade/EAP/EAP_Targetter_All_E...)
4) Go in the Antivirus settings menu (Settings -> Administrative Settings) to apply for EAP
5) Install all updates with Live Update
6) Restart PC/laptop
7) Check again if there are new updates with Live Update / and Restart PC/laptop for the 2nd time.
8) You will see the Mining thingy
9) Click Ok to start mining...
10) Enjoy it.
Norton 360 must be in EN/US if you installed the program in another language before trying to apply to EAP (e.g. English UK, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, etc.) you must uninstall and reinstall after changing the language of your OS. ;)
Thanks for the reminder, I had before I ended up uninstalling and starting from scratch. Now I went in there and joined through the settings, ran liveupdate -- downloaded the update, rebooted, ran liveupdate -- no new updates, and Norton Crypto is not showing up. My Norton 360 window has the big red "NORTON EAP" in the titlebar.
Did you go to admin settings and join the EAP program? If not, try doing that and then rebooting your system. Follow the instructions here:
