I get RuntimeBroker.exe File error 2144926975 after runing FixNecurs64bit and NPE, how do I revert changes made by NPE?

I ran FixNecurs64bit and NPE on two Windows 10 computers at home. Both give now RuntimeBroker.exe File error 2144926975 when trying to "Open File Location on a searched file. I also get the same File Error when typing User Accounts, see attachment.
Norton Utilities 16, did not fix the issue.
