I got charge twice per year

My subscription is set to automatic renew on august each year for Security Deluxe Subscription Renewal . but I found a promotion subscription on july 2022 so I bought it and I thought the automatic renew will not kick in but it did and I did not aware of that. then in 2023, the automatic renew happen twice again. which I got charge on may and july. I looked up my account now and I realise that they have been charge me twice. so I contact them and they said they can only refund me the charge on 2023 , not 2022. I am not happy with that . the renewal should recognize that I had bought the subscription myself on 2022 and not charge again. 

The reason the new product you purchased is not recognised by the older/existing subscription is that there are users that need more than one subscription because of the number of devices they need to cover. 

Norton's refund policy is for 60 days from purchase. That gives users time to check bank statements to watch for billing errors. Norton cannot be responsible for someone not checking their statements.

You need to be sure that you have turned off Automatic Renewal for the subscription you no longer use. Did the support agent suggest or do this for you when you got the refund?
