Because on the status section say Blocked , and also the section of recommended action say " No Action Required " I want to know if is possible I’ll be infected ? is not appear nothing on the taskbar ! thank you

I got norton internet security 2010 version.17.1.0.19

I do and live update and after that doing a full scan , And my computer is clean
