I hate the Data Protector feature implementation

I am beta-testing both my own and other's software.  This is new, unrecognized (by you) software that keeps being blocked every time I want to install it.  With my own I have a different file name each time (it contains the version info) so I cannot pre-exclude it.  I cannot control other peoples software names when the installation is automatic and even though I try to exclude it each time you keep blocking its installation.  Could you please make the Data Protector feature easier to override or smarter so it can remember when you say to ignore a particular program, for example, by using a pattern or regular expression to define exclusions.  I know I can turn it off completely but I would like the protection just not so inflexibly.  Thanks.
