Is there a way to get the devices to show up when the account name has been changed
Thanks for your replies and suggestions. Norton support located my subscriptions under my fiancee's email address rather than mine. Not sure how that happen but I can see all my devices under that email. Next year when I renew I'll make sure I use my email address.
If you can access your Account online, click the My Norton and click My Subscriptions. Look for your current subscription and that will show how many devices have been activated. Are all those devices yours?

Can you get into MyNorton.com website and go to the devices page.? Make sure Management is turned on in your Norton product Settings. Also use your Windows Administrator Account. You can also try turning on each product and it should show up in your Norton Account also.
Usually, it is Norton Support who handle subscription questions. Are you sure you contacted Norton Support? www.norton.com/contactcs
