Really. I have this file that I downloaded and I cannot delete it like how you can't delete viruses but Norton and the power eraser, etc. say that it's cool but it isn't and I regret downloading it and I want it to go because I think that it is probably bad. I feel powerless and I mostly pay for the subscription to avoid that.
