I have a problem at Installing Norton Ghost v15.0 Properly!

I have Windows 7 Ultimate installed on my computer, and I can't Install Norton Ghost v15.0 Properly.
While I install Norton Ghost v15.0, I get the error message:
"Error: Failed to have success running
InstallVSSProvider function in MSIInstallVSSProvider
Function."
And then I see the progress bar filled until the end, and then the progress bar empty but I don't see any progress on it (Even I wait an hour without any progress).
Please, tell me what can I do to fix it?

Regarding to the error message, I understand whats the problem. I was need to activate the Distributed Transaction Coordinator service on "Control Panel"=>"Administration Tools"=>"Services".

 

But I still see the progress bar empty and don't see any progress on it (and wait an hour without any progress).

 

And I ask you again, what can I do to fix it?
