I have a trial of Norton Safe Email and it is putting my good email in the trash so I want a refund

Note: Please do not post Personally Identifiable Information like email address, personal phone number, physical home address, product key etc.

Issue abstract:
Norton Safe Email is consigning my good email to the trash and I can’t fix it.
Detailed description:
I am missing emails and when I searched I find them in the trash. This is unacceptable. I have a trial so I am requesting a refund.
Product & version number:
Latest version of a couple of weeks back
OS details:
Windows 11 and Gmail.
What is the error message you are seeing?
No error message for this. I have tried repeatedly to access chat support but can never get in the line.
