I have ad spam Banner Gadgets & Text Enhance, power eraser and and full scan did not work.

There are two types of ad spam that I cannot seem to get rid of, despite running a full system Norton scan and Power Eraser. Any suggestions? Support chat with Norton was useless, said they fixed and they did not…
