If you have a problem with file not being backed up, be sure to delete all of your Temp. Files. The Tech got all my Temp file deleted, ( some required opening a folder before they would delete ). This was a problem which annoyed me greatly but was solved , as I said, by just deleting all the temp files. I hope this post helps someone.
