I have identity issues now and i stil can't get anyone on the phone to help me!

not only do i need a solution i need a number to call and talk to someone because i have purchased stuff i am not getting the support i need i have hasked for help im not getting any chats tow ork and im sick in tired of this ! why is it so hard to get a live person and phone number to call?  seriously im at my wits end and im losing my god damn mind because i have identity issues now and i stil can't get anyone on the phone to help me!@
