I have logged in to this forum but the Reply button is greyed out

Hello,

 

I have just logged into this website so that my user name is shown above, and also the option to "Sign Out".

 

However, when I open a thread and wish to reply to it, the "Reply" button is greyed out and does nothing if I click on it.

 

What can be done about this issue?

How would I know if it ("Reply") was greyed out due to being outdated or if a solution was found?  Would the solution be posted in that particular thread?  In particular, I was looking for an answer to the Identity Safe problem - "Which login would you like to use?"  That is where you go to a webpage with multiplke logins, but there is no dropdown menu with login optioons.   No solution was posted and "reply" was greyed out

hmm I needed to fiddle arround with this.

 

Try the following to get yourself started: ● Register for the community.
● Complete your forum profile and select a personal icon.
● Read our Participation Guidelines and Terms of Service.

 

It is on the "Norton Community" page right side.

Now as you can see the buttons work.
