the grid displays but the actual program listing don’t display. I also have a laptop with only Norton Antivirus - all works fine there. Norton 360 was installed and all was working until a few weeks ago - my suspicion is that an update caused the problem. I’ve tried turning off the smart firewall but that didn’t seem to solve the problem.
