I know that the Android phone I am monitoring is being used to access the web and text but nothing is being logged. I have tried finding a phone number for technical support with no luck. It just takes me to a form to fill out, which seems to lead to a continuous loop that just brings me back to the same form. Very frustrating! Honestly, I'm considering canceling my subscription. For the few days Norton Family worked right I loved it but now it's not working at all!
