I have several favorite websites but can't remember how to have them appear on Safe Search page. Help?

Have had 360+ Deluxe for a few years now but I can’t remember how I was able to create short cuts so favorites would appear on Safe Search page. I have a few more favorites now and want to remove a couple of older ones. How?
