I have Symantec System Recovery 2013. It will not create a recovery disk that will work with Windows 8.1. So I downloaded SSR 2013-R2 Trial and let it overwrite my software. I followed all the instructions in R2's PDF, but when I tried to make a recovery disk, it requires a product key before it will work. How am I supposed to do a TRIAL of this product, when it won't work until I BUY it?!!!
