I have the identical problem which started yesterday (18th July).
Trojan.Gen and Trojan.Gen.2 and Trojan.Zeroaccess.B Auto-Protect keeps popping up every 4-5 minutes. Norton claims it is blocking these Trojans and has resolved the issue "No action Required" except endless restarts. On restarting the problem returns.
I have Norton 360 and I have ran a full computer scan several times, and Autoprotect is still coming up every few minutes. I also downloaded the Norton Power Eraser tool and ran it, but despite "No Risks Found" the problem remains. I also ran this tool from the Norton Bootable Recovery Tool burned on a CD. Again "no risks were found." I ran the Norton "Endpoint Protection Support Tool", but "No problems were detected."
Did you solve this problem?
I wonder if this is real?
The detection by Auto-Protect is listed as a "Statistical Submission".
