My auto-send and receive fail due to this add-in...when I disable or remove email works fine, but Norton keeps reinstalling causing havoc with email in Outlook??
Which method are you using to disable - Within Outlook's COM add-ins, or within Norton's Main GUI Anti-Spam settings? I've found the COM add-in disable to be the most effective method for Outlook2010.

Yes...from within Outlook 2013 - Com Add Ins...unchecking the Norton AntiSpam
Your initial post indicates that the setting is always being re-enabled due the Norton product constantly reinstalling itself... Is this statement correct?
