I have two Norton WSC Services running; is one malware?

My Win 10 task manager shows two Norton WSC Service processes running. Dell SupportAssist also detects two instances.

I used Norton Remove and Reinstall to re-install Norton 360 but at the end I still see double :-).

Is this a security problem or a known issue?

Um, are you running Norton Utilities?
