I am trying to get my phone to register my Norton but I can’t get to register as the only number I have is only the one from my auto subscription
Hi utdboy1.
Welcome to the Norton Community Forums.
We will do our best to help but can you explain a bit more fully what the problem is please?
I assume that you have an Android phone (version of Android and make of phone might be helpful) and are trying to install Norton Mobile Security (NMS) or Norton Security antivirus as it is currently called in Google Play, on your phone. Can you tell us where you are downloading the app from, and explain a little more what you mean by "my auto subscription" as it is not something that I think I am familiar with.
I look forward to your reply.
i have a sony z1 phone and irecently was informed by norton that they had automatically took my yearly subscription i have downloaded norton to my phone buts to get the full benifits i have to put in my 25 numbered pin and the only pin suppliied was around 11 numbers can you help i have paid £69.99 and do not want to pay anymore hope you can help
regards
Thanks for the reply utdboy1.
I understand that you have a Sony Experia Z1 phone. On which I assume you wish to run Norton Mobile Security.
Given your comments about "automatic" "yearly subscription" and £69.99 I assume that you have a subscription to Norton for your PC and that it is this subscription that you are trying to extend to your phone. Am I correct?
If so, what product is it that you have just renewed? Norton 360, Norton 360 Multi-Device or some other Norton product. If you are using Norton only on your phone then it should have cost you far less than £69.99!
If the product you purchased is not Norton 360 Multi-Device then sadly the license does not cover you for a full license on NMS. Though you can still use the free (Lite) version.
i know it allows three other divices but i do not know if that is pc`s only or phones included
But what product is it utdboy1?
Is it Norton 360? In which case it is normally offered for 3 PCs and it does not cover Android devices.
