Hold on -- that may not be a scam since I think that there was a class action suit involving Norton and a settlement was reached. From that article it would seem that @NortonSettlement.com is a valid email address.
Whether you qualify or want to bother with it is up to you .... Just make sure that what you got matches what it should be.
We don't deal with financial matters here but I didn't want you to misjudge the situation.
