I keep getting a message saying my registration isn't complete and I can't open Norton

Issue abstract: I keep getting a message saying my registration isn’t complete and I can’t open Norton.
Detailed description: Ditto

Product & version number: Can’t give you this because Norton won’t open!

OS details: MacOS Mojave 10.14.6 (Can’t update beyond that because it’s an old MacBook.)

What is the error message you are seeing? It only stays there briefly and at random, but it’s something about registration being incomplete.

It won’t let me drag / paste in the screenshot I managed to get, but it says: ! Registration You have not completed your Norton product registration. When I click on the Fix Now button, nothing happens. Is this the result of the automatic upgrade we were emailed about?
