Either Norton safety minder does not work right or it does not work. My daughter says she does not know what she is doing to turn anything off. Even if she does..... what kind of security system would allow itself to be turned off by an unauthorized user??
I found internet chatter that says any idiot can disable this system..... even accidently... how can that be? I recently reloaded the software... it did not help. Is there a fix?
