Hi everyone,
Im a new customer (almost a month already).
I have scheduled a scan to run weekly on a specific day and time but since i got it all installed and set up - i think its only ran it once ???
Im curious if it might have anything to do with the tray icon not being "shown" all the time.
after booting its present in the tray for a while but then reverts back to not being shown after a while. is this needed - if so i can set it to show alll the time even though id rather not.
Before, i owned AVG - and it tran scans as scheduled all the time weather i was on the computer or not.
Which leads me to wondering if it has anything to do with me being on the computer at the time the scan is scheduled to run??
if so - i would still like to see the program at least attempt to perform and give me the option to weather or not i want it to proceed.
sorry for the long post but im a little stumped ???
