I NEED HELP!!!! FROM A US REP NOT ANYONE ELSE! I HAVE CALLED FOR 10 DAYS

I AM IN THE US AND PREFER TO SPEAK WITH A US REP. I HAD NO IDEA WHEN PURCHASING THIS ANTI VIRUS SPYWARE THAT I COULD NOT CALL AND REQUEST TO SPEAK WITH A US REP. WTH? THERE IS A GRAVE DIFFERENCE IN THE KNOWLEDGE AND SERVICE IMO AND I DONT APPRECIATE THIS AT TALL. I HAVE CALLED FOR 10 DAYS AND WAS TOLD THAT A MESSAGE WOULD BE SENT WITH MY CONTACT INFORMATION AND THAT I WOULD HAVE A RETURN CALL WITHIN 48 HOURS. I HAVE SENT COMPLAINTS AND AM NOW ODDLY RECEIVING FOREING PHONES CALLS AT 1AM MY TIME. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME GET IN TOUCH WITH US REP OR TELL ME HOW TO GET A REFUND. I DONT ACCEPT LESS THAN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SOMETHING I PAY FOR. TIMES ARE TOO HARD
