So I have had iAntivirus for a while and I ran a full computer scan with it today and it found a file corrupted with malware. The file is named "DivX". When I try and delete it using iAntivirus it brings a status up for it that says it could not be deleted. I contacted support to ask for assistance and our conversation is shown in the attachment below. When all had failed they told me that there was nothing I could do but post here on the community boards. I have dived deep into the files on my computer trying to manually locate this file but I have not had any luck.
I have a MacBook Pro Retina 15" mid 2012 model and OS X Mavericks installed. Anyone who can help I would greatly appreciate it. Again read the conversation that was had with support which I have attached so that you will understand the steps that I have already tried to get it removed.
