Issue abstract: Need to reinstall Norton 360
Detailed description: In Cloud Backup it says re-authentication required - sign in. I have done that several times and it goes round in circles. I had the same problem on another computer and the Norton agent accessed my computer and uninstalled it and reinstalled it.
This isn’t done simply, but requires an uninstaller program. Please provide the link for that and I will do it myself.
