I noticed these on my Activity Log. Are these dangerous?

thats what I’m thinking. I’m hoping a Norton/Symantec person can let me know for sure

Sorry all, not very computer savvy. I noticed the following connections on my internet activity log. Just want to know if they are ok or a problem. I have not noticed them before

hb.lifecycle.norton.com

pif.symantec.com

They are legit and Symantec owned.  They allow us to make sure that when a major update is available, that you are notified of the newer product.

Thanx Erik,

Are these the only files?

Not sure what you're asking Stu.  Are these the only Symantec sites that are accessed?  If that's the question, then no.  liveupdate.symantecliveupdate.com, etc.  Usually any *.symantec.com site will be legit.  Things to be wary of are when Symantec is misspelled (ex symantic).

Thank you Erik

They look like intenal Norton urls, but I'm not too sure
