I pay Norton, but do not license key

     Dear colleagues!
     Last week I paid for a license for a year, in my personal account, order number NP1515115484 I received a link to the download file. Installed Norton, the program asks to enter the license code. I don’t see a license key in my personal account, and there is also no information that I paid for a license for a year. Please help me understand the situation, since the product has been paid for, but I can’t use it.

As noted, you should have received an order confirmation email for your purchase that would include your product key. Check your spam/junk email folder.

Are you looking in your Norton Account under the My Subscriptions section? Hover your cursor over My Account at the top right and click on My Subscriptions.  If you haver purchased directly from Norton, the subscription is activated on payment.

 

The product key is a 25-character alphanumeric string that is shown in five groups of five characters each, separated by hyphens. The location of the product key varies depending on how you acquired the product. 

  • Purchased from the Norton™ official site: You can find your product key in the order confirmation email or on your Norton account.
