I reached the minimum payout 0.0004 but have not been payed out yet

The min payout is 0.0004 ETH and they consistently state the next payment is ~0.000409110573 ETH so are they waiting to pay until the amount stored somewhere (not in any pending item I can see) is 0.0004 and they then transfer or are they scraping the roundoff.  That sounds like cheating.

You will definitely receive your payout. It is optimized to do a payout in consideration of the Gas fees and transaction fees.

The minimum payout is 0.004 not 0.0004

Sometimes it will take a couple hours for the total payout to complete.  That's what happened to my payout on 6 Sept.
