The FF add-on is really is not fit for purpose and needs withdrawing until the many problems are resolved. I can appreciate that it is difficult keeping up with FF updates, but at least Norton Identity SAFE must be made to function correctly with the ESR versions of FF.
Come on guys, get this sorry act together, you are badly failing your paying clients and also tarnishing the brand needlessly. I used to use Last Pass and stopped using it after all the recent security scares and migrated to NIS, but now I am beginning to regret it.
