Bought a new key for this year, ran it through, my Utilities doesnt work anymore. I called Norton for over a week and all I heard was "technical error, wait 3 hours and try again" Well I waited for over a week and tried back 5 times with the same excuses. What do I have to do? The support for Norton has gone way down hill. I WILL NOT allow my Pc to be taken over either I can handle it its not that complicated. With these days idc NO. So now what?
There have been some changes to the offering of Norton Utilities Premium, NUP. It seems that the inclusion of NUP with a subscription Automatic Renewal is being withdrawn. So new 360 subscriptions will no longer get the free NUP. Buying a new key is not the same as using Automatic Renewal. That is considered a new subscription.
Had you just used the auto renew on your old subscription, you would have been able to continue the free NUP you had.
