I renewed by Norton subscription but have received a 2nd alert . . . .

I renewed my Norton 360 subscription last month but today received a "2nd alert" email from norton@nortonfromsymantec.com to say my Norton security expired 2 weeks ago.

A.  I didn't get a "1st alert" !!!

B. My Norton is renewed, I've checked.

What the heck is going on and how on earth do I contact Norton with this issue?
