I reset my phone and cannot recover my subscription it says all seats were used and wants to transfer my subscription with no protection but it's the only device it was on

What is the error message you are seeing?

No error message, it just won’t transfer my subscription after resetting my phone, it says all license seats were used, but it wasonly on my phone and won’t let me put my subscription back on my phone. It says it won’t be protected and that all license seats werr used. I only had it on my phone, no other device
