I deleted Xfinity's Norton 360 and installed my own subscription Norton LifeLock on to Windows 10. I ran a new backup into an exterior HD folder, but I also still have my old previous back up folder (folder was re-named). In short two Norton 360 back up folders, one -N360_BACKUP- & one named -nort 4- that I cannot get rid of. Both are of C drive and huge. Please, can you help get rid of -nort 4-? I tried changing property permissions and Norton does not see second folder since I renamed it -nort 4-
Have you used Windows Explorer and tried to delete individual files within the folder?
