I upgraded from Office 2007 to Office 365. The Spam Filter is not picking up anything as it was before, even after flagging

I just upgraded to Office 365 from Office 2007.  Antispam was grabbing all the junk in 2007, but now everything is coming through.  There is a Norton Toolbar in 365.
