I want to be taken off of Automatic renewal

When I signed up for Norton last year, I remember specifically opting out of the automatic renewal and now I got an e-mail that says that I'm on automatic renewal and that it will bill my credit card.   I DON'T WANT TO BE ON AUTOMATIC RENEWAL.   PLEASE TAKE ME OFF.   I'M  NOT RENEWING MY SUBSCRIPTION EITHER. 

 

Who do I need to talk with to make sure that you don't try to bill me anymore? 

 

edit:  ok, looks like it's resolved now......I can't believe that I opt out of something and you still force me into trying to renew me.  What kind of company is this?
