世界の方へユーザー名が表示されるとは思いませんでした。

コニュニティーの設定では変更が出来ません。

管理者の方が見られましたら変更手続きをしたいです。

However, perhaps because it’s a Japanese website,
the account settings only have the following options, so I cannot proceed:

1: Contact information and password
2: Two-factor authentication
3: Personal information
4: Email receiving settings

Thanks for the post back. That is weird indeed, it should be the same regardless of the geo-location of the user from my perspective. Perhaps Norton support could assist? Please give them the opportunity to try, and please let us know how that works out.

I don’t know the reason, but I was able to get it changed by contacting Norton support.

is not related to my Norton Community → Username.

as I recall…Community Administrator can change Community Username

  • Community Username vs. Account Name: Your Community Username (what people see on the forums) is different from the Member Name on your Norton subscription account. You can often edit your subscription member name yourself under “Account Settings”.
  • Privacy: Users often request these changes because they accidentally used their real name as their community handle and want to protect their identity.
