I want to get the sale price for 360, but got charged the full price

I was running the 360 trial, and really did like everything about it, yet  I wasn't real happy when Norton charged my bank account when the trial expired without sending me a notice first. I realize that it was part of the terms of agreement, but I still would have appreciated a heads up about it. I was planning on purchasing it anyway. 

 

The think I'm upset about is that the 360 is currently on sale for $59, yet I was chared the regular price of $79.  Can this be corrected?   I've tried the customer service "chat", but that gets me nowhere.

To contact customer support Click on this link and work on from there. You may have to scroll down a little to see the CHAT button.

You can choose CHAT or Email; email or phone may have a long wait time and feedback from users tells us that CHAT is by far the best at resolving problems.

Note that that link is to the USA/CAN website so if you are located elsewhere I'm sure you will be able to find the equivalent location on your local Symantec website; some pages have a link at the top right where you can select the country you are located in.
