Whenever I try to log in to my Norton Family A/c I get the following message:
Sorry, An error has occurred on the server. Please, try your request again later.
An error has occurred with our service, your data is safe, but for your protection and to prevent any possible loss of data your request was halted. The error has been logged and reported and we will look into it shortly.
I think someone should consider the possibility of a class-action lawsuit. Symantec is taking control of our computers and not allowing us access to get that control back.
Depends on the product line. Each product is completely different than others. In this case, Norton Family was great, then this disaster hit and like a bad fire there is permanent damage. The same thing happened to Norton Antivirus - It was really bad, they redesigned it and now it's way better, but it was too late for many who got burned by the previous bad versions That kills the net promoter score!
