When my child attempts to access a blocked web site, the subject message appears. He enters a message in the message box and checks the box for "I would like permission to view this Web site". There is no other button besides Go Back. (see attachment). He selects it. I never receive the message.
Should there be another button?
Should I be receiving the message via email or some other notification?
