I was charged the Automatic Renewal over a month early without receiving any warning emails. I check my spam folder at least twice a day, so I know an email was not in that folder. Please help me, because of this error my only bank account is overdrawn by $119 not including the fee for being overdrawn and I am very low income. Because I was not notified prior to the renewal I could not have budgeted for the charge and I will now have to choose between paying for food, gas or my basic bills for May.
