Yesterday i've trying to install NAV 2009 in a machine. That machine had Zone Alarm & Spy Sweeper original versions. When installing NAV the system got hanged. I've tried of doing uninstall of Zone alarm & Spy Sweeper but i got the same problem. Then i noticed that when installing this NAV at the last moment it was refresing the LAN ports on that time my system getting hanged. So after restarting the machine i've disable the LAN ports and tried installing AV. After that it got installed but my system got hanged frequently. So i decided to contact the Symantec people for help one of the support assitance told me that Zone alarm will not support with NAV2009 and he suggested me to install NAV2008 and extending the supscription period for more 30 days. Finally i've installed the NAV 2008 but i don't know when i'm gonna get solution for this. I just want to share this info to you people
